When skeletal modelling I often find myself wanting an option to change angle dimensions to parallel offset dimensions. I could obviously do this by redrawing the line parallel, or adding a parallel constraint first. Instead when presented with the angle dimension preview, I want to right-click and select parallel (3). The result would be the same as shown below (4):
