Option to justify existing pipes to a common bottom elevation

Just like there is a parallel routing option where you can select the base pipeline and include others to match as you route it, it would be fantastic if we could select an existing pipe and then select additional pipes after having been drawn to justify to a matching bottom of pipe. Even nicer would be an option to automatically swap out all concentric reducers for eccentric as this would be necessary for this process to function. Also, to have bottom of pipe elevation show up in the standard properties palette without having to add the property set and have it show up in extended properties. How about it?
