Option to DISABLE AUTODESK ASSISTANT AI until wanted/needed

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this happen when either opening a part or assembly from with in a Drawing, and also when opening a Subassembly from within the higher assembly, it also happens when opening from the normal open a start-up, or using the file open option from the menu, and it take quite a bit longer as opposed to 2016.

It looks as if Inventor is calling up the Artificial Idiot with ever open action instead of calling the AI as and when wanted/needed by the user, can we get an option to disable this action and ONLY call the AI as and when needed/wanted and not every timer we open or create a file as is doth annoying and wasting time, CPU and memory resources

@Paul-Mason when unload it from add-ins manage and relaunching Inventor to open the assembly, does the performance issue still happen? Thank you!
