Multiple Parallel Cutting Planes

Add ability to use two parallel cutting planes to view a portion of the model. Something like Navisworks uses would be nice.

Is this different to using a quarter section view with 2 parallel planes? Especially now that they can be edited

@peter.roman, it's not! I just assumed being named "quarter" it had to be two planes that were perpendicular. I just tried it and got it to do what I wanted. Thanks! I guess my next wish would be that it would allow up to 6 planes like Navisworks does.
