Moving drawing views with hotkeys

I hate having to drag them over with the mouse, can we get hotkeys for this?

I know the arrow keys are already for Panning, but like Shift+ arrow keys or Ctrl + arrow keys? Anything

@mgrenier2 Good suggestion! May I add the following to your "Hotkey View Move" idea?

• Allow user to provide "nudge" values, cursor key=value, Shift+cursor Key=value*2, Ctrl+cursor Key=Value/2.

• Allow views to be grouped together to move (with annotations if possible.)

At the very least, add a "shift" ortho-lock to the mouse drag view move. Heck even graphic programs have this.
