More Sketch driven pattern improvements

1. So first problem when the plane of the sketch is not in the same plane as the feature even though the hole feature below is through all it will through an error unless you pick the face set creation method to adjust. The feature is through all it should just do it. Plus if it is the same plane then it changes this will then cause an error.

2. then in the assembly it gets worse because now even though the first component is constrained to the part the pattern does not follow the plane of the component it follows the plane that it was sketch on. Regular pattern does not have these problems
