Complex models with several model states with many columns in the table can be difficult to manage, but a few small changes would make a big difference.
Firstly, always freezing the column listing the members means that when I scroll right to the last column, to edit the most recent changes, I can still see which member I need to align with.
Secondly, the very last column heading can't easily be read in it's entirety. Typically, the column is narrowed to the width of the cell contents below rather than the heading. It's frustrating trying to widen the column by dragging because the window won't allow it to drag from the right border. The only way to widen the last column is to widen to the left first, which shrinks the adjacent column and then widen the adjacent column, which pushes the last column to the right. Bonkers! Perhaps Autodesk can make the headings 'wrap' in excel terms, or allow the scroll bar to go past the end of the table a bit more and then I can widen the last column with one operation.
Yes - I know I can open in Excel and edit in there. I just prefer to click on the little blue dot and have immediate access, rather than access by the context menu from the top of the browser... and then OK the warning... and then wait for Excel to open... and then have to save before closing. Seems a waste of effort and time 😉
