Minimize button missing in 2020 Inventor

Hi
Where is the minimize button when you have several windows open in Inventor. When you arrange and tile all windows sometimes you want to minimize some windows not close, which is the only button there is.

The minimize button in a window have worked since the early 1990, why remove such button when it has worked for 30 years?

Autodesk, Pls. Answer this with a good explanation.
