Make all "Edit Dimension" dialogs have a resizable width
When you edit the value of a sketch dimension, the textbox width is resizable. When you edit the dimension of an offset workplane, it uses a different dialog with a very narrow, fixed width. This makes it difficult to edit long expressions.
There are more non sizeable boxes, where the possibility of changing the size would be advantageous (e.g. for "change model references" or the "add-in-manager")
