Maintain round bend relief location

On certain thicknesses at a two bend corner a round bend relief goes to the intersection of the sheet metal edges insted of the intersection of the bend lines when the relief is smaller than the default Thickness * 4. Would prefer that it always go to the center of the bend lines regardless of the size of the relief.
