Lock rotation on insert constraint through right click menu

It would be nice to be able to lock the rotation on an insert constraint through the right click menu in the browser, rather than having to click edit and lock it using the dialog box. Granted this only saves a click and the time it takes for the dialog to appear so is not the most important feature, but it would be a good little quality of life improvement.

I support this idea absolutely. But I would go a little bit further.

If you implement it, please make it possible to change the rotation lock for multi selection.

It throws cold water on you when you realize that you forget to lock the rotation after insert a couple of screws. Also, when you work on old existing models. The pain grows linear with screw count, like the number of clicks.

This little functionality update would be a good big life improvement and in many situations a huge time saver.
