Isolation feature - inappropriate behavior in assemblies

Isolation feature is a great tool, but I believe it behaves wrong in some cases.

When Isolate Assembly I am expecting to be Hidden everything except selected Assembly and components inside.

Now I should be able to set the visibility status of isolated Assembly as required.
When Undo Isolate I am expecting to be Restored only the initially hidden Components, but the Assembly stay unchanged as set during isolation.

But currently it seems to be also the Components inside the Assembly Restored to initial state and all visibility changes done during isolation are gone.

Hope you are agree and vote for change of how the Isolation works in Assembly.
