I would like to see an involute spline generator tool similar to what's in FeatureCAM that will generate absolute involute spline profiles for manufacturing.
Not familiar with what is in FeatureCAM, but there is a generator in Inventor for that. In your Inventor assembly, go to the Design Tab. Look on the Power Transmission panel.
I’m aware of the design accelerator. However it does not generate custom spline types. In addition they are not absolute splines which means they cannot be used for manufacturing
