Inventor Instances

Could we get some improvements in the instance functionality. Today I have to deactivate the "Merge Instance Rows" option in BOM and number the parts manually by overriding the item number. In our ERP system the pos\item number + the partnumber is always unique. With the instance functionality in Inventor we hoped for the option to use instances in a way that allow us to have e.g. 1 unique position\item numbers together with 1 partnumber but different instances.
If I have 3 different instances of the same item in my assembly, I want to present them in the drawing partlist as 3 rows. This must be manually fixed today and the Vault item doesn't support this if the child item containing these instances. It dissapears when vault item is assigned.

I feel the instance value together with the item\pos no. and partnumber should be what makes a line unique. (Not only partnumber and pos.number) Should be possible present it like below without merging.

Pos\Item   |  Instance\Tag | Qty | PartNumber

1                  | H01                  | 1      | 12345

1                  | H02                  | 1      | 12345

1                  | H03                  | 1      | 12345

Excellent!

It's not only excellent - it's "to be or not to be" - if we cannot have it the way described above, we cannot use it.

Correction:

The business rules in our ERP system has suddenly changed and does now comply with Instance Properties.
The priority of the idea described above is thus now reduced from "need to have" to "nice to have".

Please remove this idea. We have new functionality in our ERP that solves this for us now, so this is no longer needed.
