Inteligent Mouse Gestures Commands

When you right button click you get the radial menu (new since 2012 I think)

However when you hold right button click, you can draw with the mouse.

Ok, so what will it take to program learning commands. So if I scribble an e, I can make this command for extrude, if I scribble an r it will reolve. The possiblities could be to make any gesture do the commands. Would this imporve producivity over menu's and short cut keyboard commands?
