Include all 3D annotations as properties when exporting a STEP AP242 file (PMI/MBD)

Extend the PMI/MBD  information for export to the STEP AP242 file to include measurements between two points and tolerance specifications. At present, only shape and position tolerances are exported as properties.

The dimension marked in red should be machine readable in the STEP AP242 file.

@t_weinhauser when adding the dimension between two vertex and exporting to STEP AP242, the dimension looks expected when importing. Do I miss something here? Thank you!
