Improve view and visibility management when using Vault and Inventor

When working with Inventor and Vault, if you open a file (without check-out) to view the file content in Inventor and want to use section views Inventor asks you if you want to check the file out (if in an assembly you hide a part the behaviour is the same).

If you say no (as at this stage you only want to view the file) the check-out prompt will not appear again for the file... even if you start to do a real change.

This is confusing for the users and the file check-out dialog has no sense if only the graphical representation is changed.

Something could/should be impprove in the way the graphical manipulation request the check-out.

Vault and Inventor integration needs to be improved.  Just opening a file should not dirty it.  Inventor needs better tools to look at designs without dirtying released files.

Just adding the ability to check-in an assembly without saving the the modified, but not-checked-out sub-components would be a big help in my daily work.

A tool that would reload a sub-component from Vault and discard any changes to that component in RAM would be a big help too.
