I can migrate assembly with its parts inside inventor but unfortunately without related drawings. These must be migrated manually one by one - waste of time having dozens and sometimes hundreds of them. Even using task scheduler doesn´t help.
It is possible for task scheduler to migrate all parts inside selected assembly in vault , but drawings remain not migrated . If I want to migrate them , I must again select them manually one by one for migration , because they are in different subfolders in workspace folder and selecting all subfolders for migration would result in migration of almost entire workspace which is out of question. I don´t know why it is not possible for task scheduler to migrate idws inside vault ,when relation between idw and ipt is known for vault and therefore it should be known also for task scheduler.
Searching for references can be made by finding drawings with matching part references (time consuming) or simply by matching filenames (fast and sufficient in most cases). User would chose between these two methods. But the best way would be to include this somehow inside migration command directly in inventor.
Naturally I could do this in VBA or creating some dll, but I don´t have time .
