Imperial precision in annotated text in ANSI drawings

Imperial precision in annotated text in ANSI drawings

The precision in the Annotated Text dialog box which pop ups when entering text onto an ANSI drawing is in METRIC, not IMPERIAL. The rest of the drawing can Dimension with varying precision (via the Precision combo box which lists 0, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8/, 1/16, 1/32, etc.in the Dimension style), so why not when annotating text? Maybe include the Format combo box too, identical to the one in the Linear group box under the Units tab in Dimension style, which would allow the user to decided between fractional and decimal precision.

The present setup seems inconsistent to me.
