ilogic external rules setting

It would be very nice and easy to have a setting for the external rules path depending on the Project file same as the Design Data and Templates:

In case of default, path is set as today

In case of a given path, it is set into the project file

Result: switching project files changes also the pointing to external rules and RulesOnEvents.xml

because of this wish it would be perfect to customize the Global-UI path as well as the external rule path!

At very least - add the "ilogic" folder that the forms are stored in as the default location, so it's driven by the styles/standards directory.
