Why can't we start a hole feature from a different plane than the sketch plane? Relatedly, why can't we have a hole go 'Through All' on both sides like the extrusion feature? I always have to redefine the sketch to the "topmost" or "bottommost" surface that the hole is going through, and that surface may not logically be the best one for the sketch to live on.
