Hold single use tools

Hold single use tools

It would be nice to be able to "hold" a command on so it can be used multiple times without having to select it each time. I would suggest that double clicking on a command would hold it. As an example, currently if I want to make multiple new axis I will select the axis tool, use it, select the axis tool again, use it, and so on. If you could hold a command on, you would double click the axis tool, make as many axis as you need, then hit esc (so select another tool) to exit from using the axis tool.

Not very discoverable but in the case of workfeatures you can select repeat command on right click

As a simple improvement, you can press the "space bar" to repeat the last command used.
Start axis command once, then click, spacebar, click, spacebar, click ... esc

When you suggested this, I immediate thought about the Power Recall feature in AutoCAD Mechanical.  You simply invoke the command, choose the feature, and it would populate with info that was exactly like the feature that you'd selected.  It's an overlooked command there, yet when I have to work with ACM, I use it often.  It's just a nugget to consider.

The workflow for the command could look like this.  Select the feature, RMC, select "RECALL", and command associated to that item are accessible, potentially pre-populated with data associated to the feature selected.
