Flag Notes

This is a feature, within the text environment where you can store local notes, and attach them to notes, balloons etc. When you hover over the note with your mouse, you get a brief summary of the local note. This can be very helpful and reduce confusion between the designer/drafter/engineer updating that specific drawing.

We currently create flag notes manually with sketched symbols.  They can be a pain to maintain, and it would be nice to have something associative built-in to Inventor to handle them.  There could be some preset options available for shapes, as well as allowing you to use a custom symbol (similar to how Revision Tags and Balloons work).
