FIX the formatting of Hole tables

When creating a hole table the default format options as set in Style Editor Hole Table are ignored. Also when a part is rotated from its default view and the resulting table is split the columns hight all got to hell

These defaults are NEVER carried to the Hole Table as when RMB and clicking edit hole table the column widths are totally different, usually smaller, and as for hight well IV just seems to pleas its self the columns are never all the same hight

AND YES I DID USE SAVE AND EXIT FOLLOWED BY SAVE IN THE MANAGE TAB AND I DID GET THE OVERWRITE MESSAGE POP UP AND ANSWERED WITH YES.
