Fix the Auxiliary View tool in Drafting

Apparently, Inventor’s native Auxiliary View tool is hardcoded to only accept solid linear edges of 3D model geometry. It apparently deliberately ignores:

  • Drawing sketch lines

  • Model centerlines & center marks

  • Model 3D work axes

WHY?????????

As a normal requirement an axis should be able to be picked up and if a custom view is required, Sketches should be able to be used. I shouldn't have to bodgy up some half-baked work around.  I should also be able to select the direction of the view as well as other CAD systems allow.
