Fix customizations on the Quick Access Toolbar

In Inventor Professional 2013 and 2014 -

I've downloaded an add-in (Swift Prints) and would like for it to be on my quick access toolbar.

When I click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" it does... but somwhere down the road it will disappear. It's not clear to me WHEN it disappears, because I can start a new session and even reboot and it is fine...but later in the day I look again and it is gone.

I am adding Swift Prints to the QAT:

 Now later it will disappear.

This has been bugging me for quit some time now. The same behaviour occurs for other standard Inventor commands as well.

I have the same problem.

I'm using IV2013 and can't remember I had this problem in earlier versions.

Someone from Autodesk like to comment on this?

It is also an issue with Inventor 2016. If you add standard Inventor commands, they are persistent. But if you add commands from addons (like Vault or custom addons), they will frequently disappear from the QAT.
