Fix broken DWG import

This error appears to be consistent across every version INV 2017, 2018 & 2019 tested so far.  It is being posted here to hopefully get more traction with getting this bug fixed ASAP!!!  Essentially the problem is points projected from ACAD are wrong.  With something as simple as this not working on the underlay, I shudder to think how may other things are wrong with the technology.  Screen captures below show a fairly simple method to replicate the error.

Process to duplicate the error followed by screen captures showing the results

1. Create a DWG in AutoCAD and place a single point in the drawing.
2. Open a part drawing in INV, create a sketch and project the ACAD point in.
3. INV projects in one end point on the cross hair rather than accurately projecting in the center of the cross hair
4. After rotating the point in ACAD, the discrepancy is in a different direction
5. Changing the point style in ACAD can remove the project sketch point from INV.
6. Changing the size of the point size under ptype in ACAD allows a user to increase the size of the error.

Using DWG underlay would be a big benefit to a company where we coordinate 100 to 1000+ point between multiple users across multiple disciplines.  Unfortunately, the accuracy is dependent upon the point style selected, point rotation and point size specified in ACAD and there is nothing to prevent a random user from changing one of these settings.
