When you need to place a part from the content center, you need to find the Family first, select the shape and then you can choose the dimension you need.
With a little experience you soon know wich one to use, and then this works fine.
Still, sometimes, you will need a special size because you are limited in your design.
In this case it can be quite a search to find the right ISO/DIN/ANSI number that will have the bolt you are looking for.
It would be a great thing if you can filter the input for these Parameters.
For example for bolts, choose the type of thread (e.g: Metric) --> the length you need --> and now you will see all the possible shapes and families you can choose from.
In in other case, maybe filter on the shape of the bolt, and the thread. And then see what lengths could be an option for your design.
This funciton could also be great on structural shapes. To be able to slect the shape, then the size, and then it shows the families/ standards you can choose from.
