Expose Global Moments of Inertia in the API

At the moment the MassProperties only exposes the Moment of Inertia around the component's Centre of Gravity: 

MassProperties.XYZMomentsOfInertia

Though the Global values (which are available in the UI) can be calculated, it would be nice to make them available in the API too, e.g.  

MassProperties.GlobalXYZMomentsOfInertia

Thanks for posting this @adam.nagy.

In my line of work we do a lot of shipbuilding design, and getting these global moments at the assembly level are crucial to the work we do. Getting these Global MOIs one-by-one , although provided in the iProperties UI, can be a royal pain especially in an enormous assembly. Unfortunately as you stated, they are not exposed in the API. Hence the script I made to temporarily solve this problem. Hope they eventually decide to support this.
