Easy Split/Trim Solid Bodies

I was missing the possibility in the Autodesk Inventor Software to easily trim solid bodies by only selecting sketch entities or work-planes.
With the command Easy split this is now possible.

As you can see you can either select a single sketchline, sketch-spline or work-plane. The command will only split all the bodies in the part but will not remove them as the trim command is intended to work.

Maybe this is worth for implementation in future releases of Inventor.

I can't really see the problem. This functionality has been in Inventor for a while already.

It is more about the simplification of the process for repetitive tasks!

We have often a wireframe that needs to be split/trimmed.

I see. So the request would be, to allow non-continuous and multiple curves as tools.
