Dynamic Sketch Dimension Color

Hello All!

While in the Sketch Environment, I'd like sketch dimensions to change color dynamically based on its current view background color. Say if my sketch dimensions color is green, my Model space is dark and objects are grey; when the dimension is over the background all is fine, but when I rotate and they fall over a lighter object they loose contrast and are hard to see.  

 

An alternate solution would be to cause the dimension to change color when you hover over it. 

 

An additional idea (for either alternative) would be that the dimension enlarges when you hover over it.

I'd love if some form of this was added especially if it also applied to sketch geometry, but I'm not sure what it would look like since colors can vary depending on context (fully constrained or not). My ideal solution would be to mimic what Windows can do for cursor color, dynamically adjusting the contrast based on the background color:
