Dynamic 3D annotations in .dwf or view in Vault

Hello,
Some companies are trying to use so-called paperless documentation.
Autodesk Inventor offers tools such as 3D Annotations...but unfortunately, when generating .dwf previews or view in Vault,

3D annotations are static(they do not change in relation to rotation in space, even though this works in Inventor).

The same applies to the .dwf viewer.

Please vote for future improvements.

some progress in this direction - customers see it more as a bug because they can see the notes well in Inventor....
