Dimension Style support for Grouping Digits (thousandths separator)
Many dimension standards require values 1000 and above use a separator.
123456789 ---> 123,456,789
User should be able to type the value of the separator into the dimension style. Do not force the user to pick from a drop down list like the decimal style setting.
