It would be great to add an option in "Document Settings" -> tab "Units", to set a different unit for tolerances (in 3D), as shown in the picture below.
A lot of watchmaker companies work with millimeter for global dimension and micron for tolerance. It means that 3,000 ±0.005 is written 3.000 ±5 in sketch, MDB or drawing dimensions.
The goal is to display and calculate tolerances in micron or whatever unit set without being linked to the "Length" unit.
