A message to Autodesk: I have one question. Why are you waiting for the results of a vote on ideas that are supposed to improve your products? The financial returns will be yours, but more importantly, it will build trust between you and your customers. You've lost many 3ds Max users to Blender because you refused for years to update the software to meet the demands of advancement in the field. Thank you for your attention.

Product teams at Autodesk only have so many resources they can assign at any given time to make changes to their products. They use the votes towards ideas on their Idea Board to gauge how impactful a change might be for their user base. If you want to see specific changes, try to structure your requests in ways that benefit many users so the requests can pick up support from the community.

Hello, one of the suggested ideas was about the undo tool, and the problem is real; leaving it as is is causing some issues. This problem affects all program users, but it wasn't put to a vote in the Hot Ideas section, and I don't think anyone will read the content of 711 pages of ideas. What I hope you understand is that there's a difference between suggestions for problems that need solving and ideas for improving the program.

I'll give you a simple example of a deep-seated problem that the company overlooks: the inability of all Autodesk programs to write fonts from right to left. As a Westerner, this might not be a problem for you, but for many users, it's a significant issue. When a company like Autodesk ignores something like this, it can be perceived as contemptuous or even discriminatory towards a segment of its users.

Another example, in the form of a question: who has greater resources, Autodesk or the Blender development team? This program has surpassed 3ds Max and is now approaching Maya's level. This development and widespread adoption are due to user interaction and continuous tool development. I could list some outdated tools that haven't been updated for years, even though Autodesk users have pointed them out, but the company simply doesn't care.

A third example is a company that disrespected its users and was punished by them; it is constantly losing its user base, and if this continues, it will soon go bankrupt. I'm talking about an Adobe company.
