Detail View Scale should follow custom Style at all times

The Detail View feature, by default, creates a view that is twice the scale of the parent view.  If the result is less that 1 to 1, it will follow the custom Style in the table.  If, however, the result is 1 to 1 or larger, it will ignore the custom style and revert to the default style of "X : Y".

For example, if the style of the base view format is "1 / 2", "1:2", etc. then the Detail View will always change to the format "1 : 1" in the Scale box, even though in the drop-down this will not be an option.  However, any scale less than exactly 1 still preserves the custom Style format.

Propose that this be fixed to always follow the custom Style.

@Jubal_Scharold4LYVE based on the current behavior, the default scale value of detail view is twice the scale of the parent view, no matter what the scale value of parent view is. It is always a custom style format. When editing the scale value of parent view, the scale value of detail view will not be synced as it is not linked to the scale of parent view. But when checking the option "scale of base view", it is always synced with the scale value of parent view. 

Now I would like to confirm with you here. Based on your idea, when the scale value of parent view is less than 1, we should keep the custom style format. That means when the option "scale of base view" is checked, the scale value of detail view is always twice the scale of the parent view.

If the scale value of parent view is larger than 1, the scale value of detail view should just be synced with the scale value of parent view, when the option "scale of base view" is checked.

Please correct me if any misunderstanding here.

I just wanted to add a picture to this topic, as I think I might have the same suggestion, or at least related. 

If my initial view scale is 1 : 4, I would like the detail view to be 1 : 2, not 1/2 to go with our drawing standard.
