Creating a Base View: No automatic placemment in the middle of the sheet

If you have to create for example a spare part list with a lot of base views in one sheet it would be better to have an option to select the insert point oft the view first.

My wish is the following workflow:

1. Command Base View

2. Opening the dialog box "Drawing view", the automatic selectet ipt/iam/ipn hangs on the cursor

3. Place the view on the sheet by clicking on a individual place

4. Marke the further settings in the dialog box as until now

Please revert back to when the view placement in an .idw was attached to the cursor. 99% of all the drawings I create have a dozen or more parts on one D sized sheet. The Automatic placement creates more work (clicks, zooms, and drags) to simply place a view.
