When I draw sheet metal parts I want to place a view of the flat pattern as the 1st view in the drawing so that export to dwg will scale it to 1:1 (otherwise I have to be more careful to make sure the other drawing views are the same scale).
Often I go to place the view but the flat pattern hasn't been created yet.
Then I have to cancel, go to the part , create flat pattern, go back to drawing then place view.
It would be good if the drawing view window allowed placing of the flat pattern even if not created yet with either:
a check mark to create flat pattern or
a warning that the part will be modified (like when selecting non-exported parameters in the derive part window)
