In the status tab of the iProperites menu there are 3 standard sign offs - Checked By, Eng Approval BY, Mfg Approval by. It would be helpful if there was a common drop down menu that could be customized with common initials (6 would be good - 2 options for each category) so rather that constantly typing in the initials they could easily be selected.
