When you Copy and paste a shape with a dimension on it Inventor currently creates a new dimension refrancing that dimension.
If the dimension refrances another parameter or another dimension It would be better to directly refrance the same parameter rather than creating new dimensions.
e.g. Having a shape defined by the parameter UnitL rather than creating the copy with d2 which refrances UnitL, have the copy directly refrancing UnitL
The other current issue/Bug with this is that the parameters that are created are put into the user parameters rather than the refrance parameters
