Copy and paste materials and appearances

It should be possible to directly copy and paste materials and appearances between parts without having to temporarily add them to a library and get them from there.

You may do a kind of this in bill of materials BOM Assembly (also in Vault browser).

1. Show all those properties to be manipulated in BOM

2. Write access to parts

3. Copy/paste

Note: Long time since I did this, some details may be missing ...

The thing is that only works if they are already in the active library, not for custom ones that are only in the part.

also, would be handy to be able to "link" appearances to update to each other.

If you now make a change in an appearance, you have to make that same change in ALL of the components using that same appearance, doesn't even matter if you update the library file.

Would be better that as long as an appearance in the document isn't edited, it still keeps following and updating to the library one.

you can "update" the styles, (also - update in child documents) referring to the library that has the updated appearance, it's just that the styles manager and update window are very slow, and can't be re-sized so it's hard to work with when there are many child documents, you can't select multiple at a time and have to toggle them to update one by one.
