I would like a tool in the design doctor or accessed manually to replace all constraints directed at one face and point them to a different face. It seems like it could be as easy as selecting the face to move from and to move to.
Why?
Currently, if you have something like a simple box and make constraints to it, if you were to go back and make a change to one side of the box so it isn't symmetric anymore (say a chamfer or a hole), those constraints could be made to opposite faces, so some constraints are correct and some are not. You currently need to manually change each constraint which is on the opposite face and find which are backwards.
Other times, a similar part, but too different to be cleanly replaced, will have similar issues. This can also happen when changing the part enough.
This could save a lot of time fiddling with constraints rather than doing more design work.
