Component priority selection should do what it's told to do

When you have component priority selected you only can select component patterns instead of components => that's wrong way. You should be able to select part/subassembly (=component) instead (and furthermore have an RMB option to select all instances that are inside pattern (for ie representation change))

You might also need similar action as present one but it should be named otherwise or alternatively have a RMB command for pattern selection too.
