can not save the print settings.

There is a set of value plot to be used always in Inventor.

 

However, Inventor, setting the value of the Plot is in conjunction with Windows, initialization is always.

 

So, there is inconvenience that every time, you must specify the settings each time you the Plot.

 

There is a Page Setup tab to set up a print value in Solid works,

 

You can take advantage of to save the value of print.

 

That is, as AutoCAD plot functions, features that were once used to allow continued use

 

Features may have been added.

You might want to look into 'Swift prints'...

 

But you are right - this could be better in Inventor...

Paul is right, "Swift Prints" does exacty what you're looking for and it's a certified add-in from Autodesk.

If swift prints doesn't do it for you, you may have to do what I did and write your own printing macro.

Hi all,

Inventor user familiar with AutoCAD and me too.

As I know, AutoCAD plot setup value saved in each dwg file.

I think inventor also need to save print setup value to the each Inventor file.
