Button to deactivate weld preview (to speed up work process)

It would be a huge speed up for the work process, if it would be possible to deactivate the preview of the welds while selecting the faces. (Like it is possible in extrude, rotate, constraints, etc.)

+1 How has this not got more votes? Adding welds to complex assemblies is VERY slow.

Inventor's current behaviour.

Oh, you want to add an extra face, please wait 10 seconds while I update the preview.

Oh, you want to change the weld size, please wait 10 seconds while I update the preview.

Oh, you want to change the weld contour, please wait 10 seconds while I update the preview.

Oh, you want to change Fill Direction, please wait 10 seconds while I update the preview.

Oh, you'd like to finish the feature, please wait 30 seconds.

Desired behaviour.

Pick side 1 faces, Pick side 2 faces, Set weld size, contour, Fill Direction, etc

Click preview (Ideally Inventor would highlight any errors and their location), if happy click Apply or OK
