Better Settings Import

When importing settings from previous versions, there are some that I always have to manually update. Specifically my external iLogic directories (Which I think should be located in application options as opposed to "options" dropdown for just the iLogic configuration), and my template locations. Perhaps there should be an option / method to import my templates into the new version.

Recommend alternative to assign in the project file folder options like template, design data, presets, and content center files.  Even better would be adding sketched symbol library folder and ifeature folders as part of the project file to maintain consistency.
