Balloons with property labels as an option

I can use a specialized Sketch symbol to generate a balloon style that includes label text, but it's not ideal. The properties in the balloon are centered, so any prefix words come at the cost of suffix deadspace. 

Is there a better way? Balloons can already reference properties like Item Number, Qty, Title, Description --- is there no simple way to include that property itself as a label in a balloon? It could prevent someone misreading a "2/3" balloon as a "3/2" balloon or some other "I read it fast" or "I didn't read it right" error.
