Automatically export dangling sketch objects.

This is really useful for parts containing sketches that are used for skeletal modelling via derived components.

Especially useful if using the vault as it is a pain having to check out the skeleton all the time, especially if shared amongst a number of users. So why not automatically export objects or at least give us the option in application options?
