Description of the idea:
We frequently need to change the state of several components of an assembly (visibility, locked, transparency, hidden). Thus when working on an heavy assembly, the software goes really slowly when we have to change their states. The ease that job, it would be great to have a window in which we can see the state of every components (order in a table for example) and change their state as it is managed on Autocad with layers.

Example of a case already occurred:
I have an assembly with several representations (40 units). I add a new part in the assembly andI want that it appears only in one representation. Today I'm must go in every representation and select the component and make it invisible => Really tedious job
If we would had a menu which manage that (like Autocad does with layers) it would be easier to make the component invisible in every representation by only selecting various cases and select Yes or No in each of them.

Proposition:

 On est régulièrement confronté à la lourdeur du logiciel dans la gestion de l’état des différents éléments d’un ensemble (pièces et/ou esquisses).

Ainsi il n’existe aucun menu qui permettrait de résumer et modifier rapidement l’état (visibilité, bloqué, transparent, masqué) d’un élément.

 

Exemple de cas rencontrés :

 J’ai un ensemble qui présente plusieurs niveaux de représentation. Je rajoute une pièce dans l’ensemble mais je veux qu’elle n’apparaisse que dans un seul niveau de représentation.

Je suis donc obligé d’ouvrir chacun des niveaux de représentation ou je souhaite que la pièce n’apparaisse pas pour la rendre invisible…. Très fastidieux.

Un menu du type « gestion des calques » dans Autocad permettrait de gérer via l’activation de cases l’état d’un composant en fonction des niveaux de détail et/ou de représentation.
