When choosing a cylindrical face, turn the "Mate Concentric" constraint as first selection by default instead of "Tangent" constraint.

If we ask to users, what's the percentage of using mate concentric versus tangent constraint? 95%? 90%? 80%?
In my case, is about 95%.
ASSEMBLE tool is meant to be a fast tool to assemble simple parts faster and with minimal clicks, right?
With this in mind, I don't understand why the most used tasks are sabotaged by the select settings order.
It simply kills the usage of the tool regarding shafts, tubes, sometimes bolt connection elements.
